1. Introduction

Welcome to Alejandro Grilo Internacional Padel Academy. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, coaching services, player portal, and any related services.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Services Description

AG Padel Academy provides:

• Coaching Services: Professional padel training sessions, camps, and programs
• Player Portal: Online platform for tracking progress, viewing session notes, and managing your training
• Coach Dashboard: Tools for coaches to manage players, create session notes, and track progress
• Communication Services: Notifications via email and WhatsApp regarding training schedules and updates

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

Players are invited to create accounts by their assigned coach. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.2 Account Security

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

5. Booking and Payments

5.1 Session Bookings

Training sessions must be booked in advance. Session availability is subject to coach schedules and facility availability.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

5.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Code of Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Treat coaches, staff, and fellow players with respect
• Follow all safety guidelines and facility rules
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear
• Not engage in any harmful, abusive, or disruptive behavior

7. Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property related to our Services, including training methodologies, session notes, videos, and branding, are owned by AG Padel Academy. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written consent.

8. Media and Recording

By participating in our programs, you consent to being photographed or recorded for coaching purposes. These materials may be used in session notes and progress reports.

For marketing purposes, we will seek separate consent. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

9. Health and Safety

Padel is a physically demanding sport. You acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks of injury. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before beginning any training program.

You must inform your coach of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to participate safely.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AG Padel Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
